ˇˇDeputy Director of China Commercial Department expounds
at ˇ°2005 China Petrolum Forumˇ± that, China will retain the moderate
growth of crude oil import.
The Deputy Director pointed out that, the requirement for petroleum
is growing year by year with the rapid development of Chinese economic
development. We shall import certain amount of crud oil to meet
the development of petrol chemical. In 2004, the import amount of
crude oil is 120 million tons. It is 90 million tons for the first
three quarters. And it is expected to reach 130 million tons for
the whole year of 2005.
